Responsibilities:
• Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Manage and reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions.
• Supervise accounting staff and assign tasks.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate annual audits and tax filings.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in the non-profit sector.
• Advanced proficiency in Blackbaud Financial Edge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Location: Bel Air, CA

Compensation: $90K - $110K
