Our client is a dynamic firm dedicated to providing top-notch administrative, bookkeeping, and financial advisory services, with a special focus on supporting Mexican companies operating in or expanding to the U.S. Committed to helping businesses streamline their financial operations from the ground up, they ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic insights that drive success.

    Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting activities and provide strategic financial insights for the company and its clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with financial regulations while supporting business decisions with accurate and insightful financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing both local and international clients, particularly those from Mexico, and will excel in building lasting client relationships. Initially, this role will involve performing bookkeeping, administrative, and financial tasks, with the opportunity to take on greater leadership responsibilities as the team expands.

As the Accounting Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, especially Mexican companies entering the U.S. market. You will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general bookkeeping, ensuring all activities comply with GAAP and other financial regulations. In addition, you will prepare and analyze financial statements, provide strategic financial analysis, and support clients with international transactions, focusing on optimizing cross-border financial management between the U.S. and Mexico.

As the team grows, you will recruit, train, and manage additional accounting staff, leading the team to ensure high standards of performance and client satisfaction. Your role will also involve assisting clients in company formation, particularly for Mexican businesses establishing themselves in the U.S., and overseeing tax preparation and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual (English and Spanish) accounting professional with a strong track record in client management, financial analysis, and team leadership to make a significant impact on our company and its clients.

    Why Join

Joining our client’s team offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a growing firm dedicated to delivering top-tier financial services, particularly for Mexican companies expanding into the U.S. market. As they build their presence, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction and success of their operations, providing strategic financial insights, and ensuring their clients receive unparalleled service. Your contributions will have a direct impact on both the growth of the firm and the success of their clients, making this a highly rewarding role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

In addition to playing a key role in the company’s early growth, you will have the chance to work closely with a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate the complexities of financial management across borders. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about accounting, enjoys client interaction, and is eager to take on leadership responsibilities as our client expands their team. If you are looking for a position where you can make a tangible difference and grow alongside a forward-thinking firm, this is the perfect opportunity.
