Accounting Manager 

A leading, financial services firm is seeking an Accounting Manager to support its growing crypto function. This is a newly created role designed to enhance and optimize accounting processes for cryptocurrency transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and refine accounting processes related to crypto assets, trading activities, and venture capital investments.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure financial accuracy, implement best practices, and contribute to a rapidly evolving industry.
• Lead a growing team of 2 direct reports.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of accounting experience, with exposure to digital assets, trading, or financial services
• CPA preferred (or equivalent expertise in financial reporting & controls)
• Strong understanding of high-volume transactions and reconciliation processes
• Interest in crypto, blockchain, and emerging financial technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
