    A bit about us

    We, at Metcalf Management Company PC, are no longer a compliance only firm. Instead, we offer a new service, called Client Advisory (or CAS).

    So what goes into client advisory services? We focus on helping our clients build strong financial strategies and practices that can make the biggest impact. Some of those include:

    Providing financial expertise and support to clients focusing on reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

    Assist clients with the implementation of accounting systems

    Providing ongoing advisory services

    Collaborate with our other departments (Tax Advisory and Legal Advisory) to deliver comprehensive solutions for our clients

    And much more

    We also pride ourselves on keeping our own house in good working order and building out a stellar accounting team.

    You’ll be a great fit if:

    You have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.

    You have proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.

    You are proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

    You have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    You are excited to help clients build financially sound and compliant businesses

    You want to help train internal staff and build an incredible client advisory team

    To be considered, you’ll need:

    5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)

    A CPA certification preferred

    Experience in public accounting or a client advisory environment is a plus
