Your Role with the Company:
As the Accounting Manager, you will manage the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams (2 AP and 2 AR staff), providing supervision and acting as a backup during absences. You will ensure accurate customer and vendor accounts, oversee month-end and year-end procedures, and manage journal entries for AP, AR, and the General Ledger.
You will also handle customer credit management, coordinating with the Controller, CFO, and insurance underwriters as needed. Additionally, you’ll drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost savings and efficiency and assist with audits (CPA, bank).
