      Responsibilities:

      • Manage finances for our business and clients.
      • Gather primary financial data for accounting records.
      • Track revenue, expenses, taxes, and financial documents.
      • Produce accurate financial reports.
      • Perform audits as needed.
      • Verify the accuracy of business transactions.
      • Manage all payments and payment processing with accuracy and timeliness.
      • Assist with monthly reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
      • Perform data entry and administrative duties.
      • Prepare accounting records by compiling and analyzing account information.
      • Reconcile financial records to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
      • Post financial transactions to accounts and prepare financial statements.
      • Prepare monthly financial reports for the company and clients.
      • Analyze financial trends to determine future business needs.
      • Reconcile records, investigate transaction errors, and resolve problems.
      • File business documents and respond to vendor/customer inquiries.
      • Actively participate in daily/weekly/monthly meetings and huddles.
      • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual processing of accounting information for reporting requirements.
      • Answer questions and inquiries from management, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
      • Perform other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications:

      • Proven experience as a bookkeeper.
      • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
      • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online and Desktop preferred).
      • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
      • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

       

    • Compensation
      $70,000-$90,000 per year
