Accounting Manager, Educational Software Company

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including GAAP compliance, general ledger (GL) management, and month/quarter/year-end close processes
• Handle reconciliations, internal reporting, and internal controls to ensure financial accuracy
• Oversee revenue recognition and maintain compliance with accounting standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial decision-making

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of professional experience in full-cycle accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger management, month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls
• Experience with revenue recognition and financial reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice-to-Haves (Pluses):

• CPA certification (or progress toward it)
• Background in software, SaaS, AI, or high-growth startups
• Experience with scaling accounting operations in a tech-driven company
