The Accounting Manager will supervise a team of six in the accounting department. Management experience, good leadership skills along with a focus on process improvement is crucial for this role. What you get to do each day:

• Manage financial operations for up six entities under one umbrella
• Manage, mentor and develop accounting staff
• Review and audit work of accounting department
• Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify training opportunities and implement development programs for team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field ideal but will consider progressive accounting experience over a degree
• 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and process improvement.
• Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
• Experience managing financial operations for multiple entities.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced QB online and Excel experience.
