Compensation & Benefits • Salary Range: $68,000 - $78,000 • 401(k) matching • Dental Insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance • Paid time off • Bonus Program Responsibilities: • Oversee accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) • Manage payroll setup and processing • Ensure accurate financial reporting and produce monthly financial statements • Identify red flags and growth opportunities in financial reports • Assist in budget development and forecasting • Troubleshoot and manage QuickBooks Online • Work with leadership to develop financial systems and improve processes • Support HR functions , including compliance and benefits administration • Maintain organized financial records and ensure tax compliance • Communicate effectively with a team in a high-energy, collaborative environment Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) • 5+ years of accounting experience , preferably in construction or remodeling • Experience handling finances for a company with a minimum $10M-$20M in revenue • Expertise in QuickBooks Online (ability to troubleshoot and optimize) • Strong understanding of construction industry financials (BuilderTrend experience is a plus) • Ability to analyze financial statements and identify trends/issues • Experience managing payroll, AR/AP, and tax compliance • Strong organizational skills and ability to develop structured financial systems • Resilient, adaptable, and able to work effectively with diverse personalities • Ability to maintain professionalism and focus on key responsibilities while collaborating with involved owners Compensation: $68,000 - $78,000 yearly
