Job Summary:
California-based Technology company seeking an Operations and Accounting Customer Representative who is ambitious, outgoing, enjoys talking and working with people and driven to help make our company great! We want a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Accounting/Operations Associate to join our dynamic team at PulseOne, a leading Technology Company. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting functions while supporting operational activities within the company. This role provides an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the technical services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoice processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Support month-end and year-end billing processes.
Prepare and maintain management reports.
Apply customer checks/deposits to open invoices.
Reach out to clients when invoices are past due.
Set up processes to assist clients with payments, issues, etc.
Operations Responsibilities:
Support operations team in tracking and managing client contracts and service agreements.
Help maintain and update operational documentation, ensuring information is accurate and accessible.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure efficient operations.
Assist in preparing internal reports related to service delivery, project status, and financial performance.
Manage renewal process for annual and monthly licensing.
Qualifications:
No college degree required.
2+ years of experience in accounting or operations, preferably within an IT or technology-focused environment.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a professional environment.
Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or other business platforms.
Basic understanding of IT services and operations.
