Accounting & Payroll Administrator
ServiceMaster is now hiring an Accounting and Payroll Administrator with a strong administrative and accounting background. Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
We are looking for candidates who are:

Must be able to take and provide instruction, work well within a team atmosphere, balance work load and lead by example.
The right person for this position will have great organizational skills, excellent follow through, pays attention to details, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, excellent people skills for dealing with our customers, have a great work ethic.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8AM - 5:30PM and Friday 8AM - 12PM
Job Duties:
Maintain the GL accounts
Daily check, ACH and credit card deposits
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
Email invoices
Mail Invoices
Enter invoices in Customer Portal
Approve and process vendor bills
Track consumable billing
Certified Payroll for prevailing wage jobs
CP Tracker, ProCore, Textura
Close out month end, quarter end, and year end
Journal Entries
Payroll Taxes
Excise Taxes
W2’s
TASC reporting
Process Payroll for 250 employees 2x a month (apprentice weekly)
Oregon, Washington, and Federal
Paper checks / Direct Deposits
Garnishments
Union dues
Deductions
Quarterly Federal and State filing
Paid Leave Oregon Equivalent Plan
Reconciliation
Create Excel and Accounting reports
Enter new hires into payroll system and Union
Adobe, Quickbooks , Expresstime, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word experience a plus
