ACCOUNTING CLERK
The Accounting Clerk position is responsible for gathering, preparing, and processing daily accounting documents and emails. They will be required to perform these tasks self-sufficiently with precision and accuracy in a timely manner. This position reports directly to the Blacklidge Accounting Lead.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Inventory pricing and processing
· AR Invoicing
· Reconciliation of daily bank work
· General Ledger coding
· Communication with internal personnel and external customers/vendors
Skills/Competency:
• Must possess proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• 2+ years of Accounting experience.
• Have a professional appearance and speak in a professional manner.
• Display effective time management and planning skills.
• Attention to detail a must.
Requirements/Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be willing to work overtime when required.
• Self-motivated and responsible individual with ability to manage time
• Communicate with management effectively
