You will join our team and perform the day-to-day functions of the Finance Department, support business and employee licensure, and oversee business insurance.

    What You Will Be Doing

    Prepare journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts, and ensure data accuracy;

    Receive and process payments, verify and reconcile invoices, and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts;

    Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data;

    Review and manage fund transactions, payments, invoicing, remittance, time and expense, etc;

    Monitor and support business and employee licensing compliance for operating jurisdictions;

    Support and assistance with initial applications, ongoing maintenance and termination of proposals, contracts, and licensures as appropriate; and

    Manage business insurance. Implement new insurances, oversee renewals, claims, and supply COI.

    What You Need for this Position

    Bachelor’s degree with some accounting education;

    4-5 years of accounting experience preferred;

    Experience supporting a small to medium-sized company;

    Self-starting and assertive, high energy, highly organized and ownership mentality;

    Strong collaboration and presentation skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills;

    Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills with ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently; and

    Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
