Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a high volume of AP/AR, general ledgers, balance sheets, and financial statements.

• Ensure seamless month/quarterly/annual closes for multi-entity accounting operations, with the ability to jump right in when needed.

• Conduct regular internal audits to maintain accuracy and compliance.

• Implement and maintain robust internal controls while offering insightful accounting analyses.

• Utilize Yardi Voyager to optimize efficiency and precision in property accounting processes.

• Monitor cash positions daily and oversee release of funds

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting, demonstrating a strong track record of independence and success.

• Prefer proficiency in Yardi Voyager or similar accounting software coupled with expert Excel skills to streamline operations.

• Hands-on experience in smaller company settings with limited training, highlighting your ability to be resourceful and work autonomously

• Previous experience in property management accounting is preferred, showcasing your comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics.
