Job Description

** Responsibilities:**

• Maintaining an accurate general ledger, posting adjustments as needed
• Reconciling cash, bank accounts and revenues
• Complete understanding of accrual accounting and debits and credits
• Creating Journal Entries for all accounts including fixed assets
• Collecting information for auditing purposes
• Processing invoices for payment (both hard copy and EDI).
• Reviewing and reconciling AP accounts.
• Generating reports and executing check runs.
• Assisting with month-end close procedures.
• Verifying invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment.
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
