About the Job
You will provide leadership with all things accounting for multiple business entities
We will lean on you for intermediate and advanced accounting and bookkeeping tasks as well as taking on strategic projects
You’ll prepare, edit, and send critical spreadsheets and reports, assisting with scorecard automation
We will look to you to provide support to our management team and staff, including training where needed to establish best practices
You will pro-actively communicate with the leadership team with time sensitive needs and compliance requirements
We’ll look to you to manage vendor correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and you’ll be expected to respond in a timely manner..
You’ll also support some HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and payroll processing
