    Responsibilities:

    • Weekly AP which includes posting all bills to QB. Post all paid bills CEO sends to you weekly. Send CEO AP Report by COB every Wednesday.
    • ** Weekly** HSA/Health Benefit deduction reconciliation.
    • Send quarterly PTO statements to every federal contractor on designated date
    • ** Monthly** reconcile the employee Health Benefit deduction to the CareFirst invoice.
    • Monthly customer MBE Reporting as required by contract
    • Assign GL account for each charge on Monthly credit card statements for CFO
    • Weekly payroll and billing backup
    • Special Projects as needed
    • Work closely with CEO and CFO on various reporting requests.
    • Keep up various contractor spreadsheets with birthday and anniversary information.
    • Calculate monthly HubZone %
    • Handle various entries in CRM system.
    • Work location: Maryland or Western Massachusetts (remote and periodic onsite when needed).

    Required Skills:

    • Previous Accounting experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Previous payroll experience
    • Previous experience reconciling accounts
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills

    Hours: Part Time: 10-20 hours per week

    **Preferred Location: Maryland or Massachusetts

    Hourly Rate: $25 - $30 per hour depending on the level of experience
