Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) , including invoicing and collections
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with quarterly and annual taxes in collaboration with a CPA
• Oversee budget management and financial reporting
• Handle general bookkeeping and financial record-keeping

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency with SAGE 100 Contractor software
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with tax preparation and payroll processes
