About the Role:

As an Accounting Supervisor, you’ll manage key accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, while collaborating with project managers and senior leadership to ensure financial accuracy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee AP/AR processes, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and compliance.
• Partner with project managers to ensure accurate billings and financial tracking.
• Contribute to quarterly audits and multi-state financial reporting.
• Drive process improvements and support strategic initiatives alongside leadership.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally within construction or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Leadership potential and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Audit experience and CPA certification are nice to have but not required.
