    Job Summary

    We are seeking an Accounting and Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the accounting department by reconciling logistic statements, maintaining accurate records of bills and invoices, enroll health benefits, posting jobs, and other essential tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong mathematical skills.

    Responsibilities

    Communicate with logistic companies and suppliers to ensure the accuracy of charges and payments

    Reconcile financial data and transactions between vendor statement and NetSuite, and investigate and dispute any unreconciled items

    Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered

    Inventory cycle count reconciliation

    Process accounts payable and accounts receivable if needed

    Support posting jobs, schedule interview meetings, helping onboarding process, document files

    Helping shopping and enrolling health benefits

    Coordinating for office supplies, building maintenance, and snack

    Backup for front desk sales if necessary with commission paid

    Qualifications

    High school or community degree in accounting, admin, or a related field

    Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel

    Strong mathematical and analytical skills

    Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

    Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, administrative, or similar position is a plus

    Previous experience of using NetSuite is a plus
