We are seeking an Accounting and Operations Coordinator to support brokers and property managers while ensuring seamless office operations. This dynamic role involves providing accounting support, preparing legal documents, and managing administrative projects. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with a commitment to stability and long-term growth within the organization.
Accounting and Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Perform weekly check deposits for commissions.
- Process outside commission checks.
- Process weekly commissions for broker payroll.
- Chart and submit weekly accounts payable (AP).
- Assist brokers with legal and transaction questions.
- Asist brokers in preparing legal documents.
- Assist with miscellaneous operations as assigned by senior leadership.
- Assist brokers with preparation of various administrative correspondence
- Serve as a backup to Administrative and Legal Assistants, ensuring timely preparation of various correspondence and legal documents that support our leasing and sales transactions.
Accounting and Operations Coordinator Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative support, payroll processing, or accounts payable/receivable is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with legal documents and transaction processes in a brokerage, real estate, or professional services environment is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in processing financial and legal documents.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence such as memos, LOIs, and legal documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills to assist brokers with legal and transaction-related questions.

Compensation: $65-75K + 3-5% potential bonus
