    We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting and Support Coordinator to join our finance team. In this role, you will support the accounting department by maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments and addressing customer inquiries with excellent service. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong mathematical skills, proficient with Microsoft Excel, has exceptional data entry skills, and has prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist with daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.

    Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions into accounting software.

    Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing processes.

    Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and expense reports.

    Support the finance team with reporting, reconciliation, and audits.

    Address customer and vendor inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

    Support the finance team with administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed.

    Communicate effectively with clients via Zoom, email, and phone to address inquiries and provide support.

    Qualifications

    Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.

    Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position is a plus.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems).

    Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) is a plus.

    1-2 years of accounting experience (entry-level candidates with relevant coursework will be considered).

    Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

    Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
