We are seeking a motivated Accounting & Treasury Analyst to join the team at Arcor in Miami. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial integrity of operations, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.

Responsibilities

• Bank Reconciliation & Month-End Close: Perform regular bank reconciliations and assist with month-end financial close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Ensure Transaction Accuracy: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial records by ensuring that all transactions are properly accounted for in the system.

• Audit Support: Actively participate in both internal and external audit processes, including tax audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

• Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes.

• Manage Fixed Expenses for Each Employee: Oversee and control the fixed expenses for all Arcor USA employees to ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, CPA or a related field. (Mandatory)

• 1+ years of experience in a similar financial or accounting role. (Prefered)

• Experience in audit processes (internal and external) (Prefered)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Advanced, Word, Power Point,etc)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Detailed-oriented, organizational skills and entrepreneurship

• Bilingual English-Spanish. (Mandatory)
