About Us: Paul Davis Restoration is a leading provider of emergency restoration and reconstruction services for residential and commercial properties. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Administrative Coordinator to join our team and drive growth across our market.

Position Overview: As the AP/AR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all jobs are costed properly, accurately, and follow the guidelines for Job Cost Accountant. You will be practicing continuous improvement every day as you establish rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents and fellow team members!

Schedule: In-person office position: Monday to Friday, 8:30a-5p

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with managing all phases of job costing within RMS (our CRM) and QuickBooks Accounting Software

Assist with the daily operations of the franchise as needed when the owner is not available

Assist VP of Administrative Services to maintain all accounting, financial and digital records for franchise

Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology

Qualifications:

Is self-motivated

Is a good problem solver

Is organized but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time

Thrives under high stress situations

Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Previous experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable

QuickBooks knowledge a plus
