Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s invoicing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable:

Process and issue invoices to clients and customers.

Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports.

Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.

Accounts Payable:

Review and process incoming invoices and expense reports.

Ensure timely payment of all company obligations.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.

Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable roles.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
