Accounts Payable Admin

Job Description:

We are searching for an experienced, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing company. In this position, you will be responsible for compiling, recording, and processing invoices accurately. You will work collaboratively with our team of skilled professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify invoices
• Record invoices into accounting software ensuring accurate reporting in a timely manner
• Review invoices and statements to be paid
• Assist the accounting manager in month-end closing tasks
• Communicate with vendors as needed to reconcile accounts
• Collaborate with managers for any issues related to Accounts Payable
• Assist with other projects as needed

• Experience with accurate data entry
