Responsibilities: • Process incoming invoices and ensure accuracy and timely payments to vendors • Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions related to accounts payable • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner • Communicate effectively with vendors to address payment inquiries and resolve issues • Assist in month-end closing procedures by preparing accounts payable reports and analysis Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related financial field • Proficiency in Quickbooks and other accounting software • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Knowledge of US work authorization requirements • Experience with tobacco tax regulations and compliance Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
