Accounts Payable Clerk
Summary: To fulfill all required responsibilities and duties of an Accounts Payable Clerk (pay individuals, banks, institutions, etc.)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)
Receive invoices & check requests, review paperwork, and contact the person of interest for missing documentation, post the invoices into D365 Business Central ERP Accounting System
Prepare a weekly AP report on Mondays and process checks (print them, put their backups, stamps them, paid and mail them)
Send e-mails & make and receive phone calls
Receive and sort internal delivery of mail
Receive, review & process Aid & Assistance applications
Review and post credit card charges from American Executive, Amex Airplane, & Amex Mission.
Assist AP Supervisor & Controller with any request they may assign
Prepare expense reports as needed
Help walk-in vendors with payment status, issue their checks
Mail checks and file invoices accordingly
Assist other departments and outside companies for any payment inquiries
Establish & maintain great working relationships with vendors

Education/Experience:
Associates in Accounting and pursuing a Bachelors in Accounting or 5 Years of Accounts Payable experience.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Inventory software.
