Pacifico Auto Group is searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking for an opportunity in the automotive industry? Our dealership is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.

Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for reconciliation.

Prepare and issue payments via check, ACH, and other payment methods.

Maintain vendor records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.

Assist with month-end closing tasks and financial reporting.

Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues.

Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting best practices.

Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

1-3 years of general accounting experience (dealership experience preferred).

Familiarity with accounts payable processes

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Organization skills are a must.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

High school diploma or equivalent
