    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Accounts Payable Coordinator to play a crucial role in our finance department. As the Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our company's accounts payable operations, ensuring that vendor invoices are processed accurately, payments are made on time, and supplier relationships are fostered through exceptional customer service.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop strong relationship with clinic management to ensure all invoices are accounted for
    • Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through direct communication and timely payments
    • Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process utilizing existing tools
    • Provide feedback to accounting management on proposing changes to that can increase accuracy and efficiency
    • Reconcile vendor statements to AP ledger and resolve discrepancies in invoice and/or payment records
    • Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers
    • Assist with year-end 1099 analysis and preparation
    • Assist accounting staff as needed

    ** The ideal candidate would have:**

    • ** _ 3 years of accounts payable experience_**
    • ** _ confidence with managing and creating Excel documents_**
    • ** _ understand the basic principles of accounting, finance, and bookkeeping_**
    • ** _ experience with bank reconciliation's_**
    • ** _ experience with accounting software's and online platforms** ** _ ******
    • ability to work independently while meeting deadlines

    **** EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

    • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
