    Regenerative Orthopedics Surgery Center is seeking an Account Payable Coordinator.

    Job Summary:

    Accounts Payable Coordinator

    The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable process for the center.

    Coordinator is responsible for ensuring invoices are correct, paid appropriately, and timely.

    This position maintains the vendor database and records, works with vendors, and co-workers to resolve invoicing discrepancies.

    Process ACH and manual check runs for vendor payments, check requests, and patient refunds.

    Maintains and modifies the Accrual Log and submits to the Accountant.

    Required Skills

    Experience/Education.

    • Business or Accounting degree from accredited college or university or equivalent years’ experience in accounting, a plus.
    • 2 to 4 years’ applicable experience in a hospital or medical office setting.
    • Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, business invoices, business accounts.
    • Proficient computer software skills (Microsoft Office Products including Excel & Outlook)
    • Experience using healthcare software systems, Cerner, Quickbooks experience a plus
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions.
    • Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
    • Ability to understand the need for confidentiality in the work
    • Effective communication skills with staff members, vendors and ancillary staff.
