    Position: Accounts Payable Coordinator

    Reports To: Controller/CFO

    Overview: the Accounts Payable Coordinator is primarily responsibility for managing the payment activity of the company. This position is expected to communicate at all levels within the organization.

    Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Managing accounts payable activity
    • Ensuring invoices are received and distributed for review and approval process with the appropriate supporting documentation and classification
    • Maintaining vendor and payment records in vendor automation system, Stampli
    • Processing large volume of quarterly producer payments
    • Providing timely communication regarding invoicing or account issues as they arise
    • Coordinating bulk and single payment runs with assigned departments
    • Supporting Finance with various processes including calendar year end closing research and analysis
    • Periodically reconciling operating and credit card accounts in Quickbooks
    • Importing large invoices into Quickbooks using Transaction Pro

    Qualifications :

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant practical accounting experience in media, distribution, entertainment and/or streaming required
    • Working knowledge of MS365 suite required
    • Experience with QuickBooks and Stampli strongly preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or another relevant field preferred

    Skillset:

    • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across teams and collaborate with external counterparts
    • Attention to detail with the ability to thoroughly and diligently check work to ensure it is accurate and free of errors
    • Ability to prioritize work in a high-paced setting with multiple deadlines and changing obligations
    • Exceptional technical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills required
