    Position Overview:
    The Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist in Ocean Logistics handles financial transactions, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts. This role ensures accurate, timely financial operations and collaborates with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and reconcile invoices.
    • Ensure timely vendor payments and customer billing.
    • Address discrepancies with vendors and customers.
    • Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
    • Collaborate with the logistics team on shipment costs and freight charges.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of accounts payable/receivable experience, preferably in logistics.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
