What You'll Do:

• Master Financial Transactions : Manage and process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all payments and invoices are handled with precision and accuracy.
• Streamline Operations : Review, verify, and reconcile invoices and payment discrepancies, optimizing our workflow to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Vendor & Client Relations: Build strong relationships with vendors and clients, ensuring timely payments and addressing any billing or invoicing questions with confidence.
• Financial Reporting : Assist with month-end closings, preparing reports that keep our leadership team informed and support decision-making.
• Monitor Cash Flow : Keep a close eye on the company’s cash flow, tracking payments and outstanding balances to maintain financial stability.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with project managers and other departments to ensure financial alignment on construction projects and business goals.
• Innovate & Improve: Look for opportunities to improve processes within accounts payable/receivable to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience : 2+ years in accounts payable/receivable, preferably within the construction or civil engineering industry.
• Skills : Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency with Netsuite accounting software
• Team Player Attitude : Ability to collaborate across departments, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Education : An associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
