Aspen Careers is working with a local employer as they look to hire a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist in Columbus, Ohio, to manage vendor invoices, ensure accurate payments, and reconcile accounts payable balances for precise financial records

The Role You Will Play

• Process and document invoices, code expenses, and maintain accurate general ledger records
• Assist with month-end closing and support financial accounting team members.
• Stay updated on software and procedures while performing additional duties to ensure team and client satisfaction.

Background Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with at least three years of accounting experience.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
