Responsibilities: • Process vendor invoices with precision and speed • Conduct account reconciliations and promptly resolve any discrepancies • Engage with vendors to address payment queries and resolve issues • Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable • Maintain accurate and organized financial transaction records • Handle filing of financial records efficiently • Input ACH payments accurately • Perform additional accounting tasks as needed Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in handling accounts payable or a related field is required • Proficient in using Quickbooks software • Demonstrates a solid grasp of accounting principles • Must possess exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail • Must have US Work Authorization • Willing to undergo a background screening • Must be able to pass a drug screening that includes nicotine Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
