** Opportunity to execute and improve the following areas:**

• In this role the successful candidate will become responsible to vouch and code invoices to appropriate General Ledger account.
• Efficiently process checks and ACH
• Manage vendor accounts for credit updates, account resolutions, and new vendors
• Proactively assist procurement staff with invoice reconciliation
• Actively review bank positive pay

** Competencies, Education, and Skills to be Successful:**

• A minimum of two-year accounting degree or similar experience.
• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and common E Mail systems.
• Valid identification or driver’s license (if appropriate).
