Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a company in Oklahoma City that is looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to their team. Pay is between $65,000 - 75,000 + bonus.

What you will do

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date system for billing
• Create and distribute invoices to clients based on services rendered.
• Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to the specified deadlines.
• Monitor client account details for non-payment, delayed payment or payment discrepancies.
• Research and resolve any discrepancies and/or delayed payments.
