The Accounting / Finance department is looking to add to their team to support the 21+ locations! We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities: • Manage all Accounts Payable tasks for 21+ restaurant locations • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships • Ensure timely vendor payments • Handle multiple Accounts Payable email inboxes • Process invoices and make payments via Check, ACH, and Wire, including managing vendor portals • Keep accurate and organized records for all payments and invoices • Review, audit, and upload invoices from various locations • Organize and manage large amounts of financial data • Help with smooth operations across the AP function • Process requisition orders from different departments in a timely manner • Work with other teams during the monthly close to ensure accurate reporting • Handle intercompany transactions across multiple legal entities
Requirements: • Proficient in Restaurant365 and Excel • Experience with Plate IQ/Ottomate is preferred, but not required • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills • Ability to maintain impeccable records, ensuring all financial documents are accurate, well-organized, and compliant with internal policies • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Strong communication skills to manage vendor relationships and internal inquiries • Ability to work independently and efficiently as a remote employee • This is a W2 position only. No 1099 contractors should apply.
Basic Remote Work Requirements: • Reliable internet connection • A quiet, distraction-free workspace • Strong time management skills and self-motivation • Availability for scheduled meetings and collaboration via video calls • Full-Time, M-F: This is a full-time role (Monday through Friday). You will be expected to be responsive and available throughout regular working hours to ensure timely processing and communication.
