As a leader in the construction industry, our client is the largest contractor in their specialty nationwide. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist who will manage and process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate financial records for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify vendor invoices and payment requests
• Maintain accurate records of payments and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with project managers to track expenses and budgets
• Assist with month-end close for accounts payable

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in construction
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
