This position is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments, contributing to our mission of operational excellence. This position is a hybrid position located in Central New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts for payable transactions accurately in a timely manner.
• Ability to use accounting software and do manual transactions
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Support the finance team with various accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts payable or similar financial roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks is essential.
• Excellent Excel Skills
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
