Job Summary
We are seeking an Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer estimates, invoices & payments. Your duties will include creating invoices, and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Processing and accurately Invoicing & Payments
Maintaining detailed records of payments and account statuses using Quick Books
Sending reminders regarding overdue payments
Researching any account discrepancies and taking appropriate action for resolution
Communicating with clients regarding the payments on their accounts
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper
Experienced knowledge of Excel and quick books
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook
Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
