Job Summary: As the Portal Administrator - Accounts Receivable, you will serve as a conduit between Sales, Accounting and our Customer's.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage customers portal AR daily report
• Collaborate with various internal departments to resolve any customer dispute
• Maintain user access control, ensuring appropriate permissions and security settings are in place
• Set up new customer portal accounts as requested by the customer
• Uploading invoices into various customer payment portals
• Continuous tracking of invoices from submission to payment completion

Requirements:

• Excellent communication aptitude with various levels throughout the organization
• Ability to work independently and seek out resolutions themselves
• Prior experience with customer portals, with the ability to navigate through various customer's software
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively with a positive attitude and strong initiative
• Knowledge and understanding of Accounts Receivable billing processes
• Strong follow-up skills

Work Environment:

• On site office environment requires walking, standing, or sitting for several hours at a time
• Must have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive to detail
