Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing Excellence: Craft and dispatch accurate invoices promptly, ensuring all essential details are covered, fostering timely payments.

Customer Relations: Cultivate positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and clarifying billing matters promptly and professionally.

Meticulous Recordkeeping: Maintain organized records of transactions and payments, collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Construction Insight: Leverage your construction industry knowledge to navigate complexities and streamline billing processes effectively.

Essential Duties:

Generate and Dispatch Invoices: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, collaborating with Project Managers and Estimators to plan billings and facilitate collections.

Receive and Apply Payments: Handle payments received via various methods, maintaining meticulous reconciliation of accounts.

Build and Maintain Positive Relationships: Provide assistance to customers, insurance adjusters, and mortgage companies regarding billing inquiries and payment processes.

Compliance Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations, staying updated on changes that may impact accounts receivable operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

3+ Years of Accounts Receivable Experience

Background in Construction or Insurance Industry Preferred

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite

Detail-Oriented with Strong Organizational Skills

Self-Motivated and Service-Oriented

Excellent Communication Skills
