Team JEFFRIES is the single largest operator in the SERVPRO system leading the industry in water, mold, fire restoration, reconstruction, and especially in commercial large loss. We are now hiring for an "Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist" Denver SE location.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide timely, concise, and accurate reporting on all receivables activity.

Initiate collections on current and past-due accounts following company SOP for accounts receivable workflows.

Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices.

Assist in the resolution of billing disputes by collaborating with Job File Coordinators and other team members as necessary.

Address client inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account status in a professional and timely manner.

Maintaining assigned accounts aging to meet department and company goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of Administrative/Office related experience

Accounts Receivable/Collections experience preferred

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Ability to pick up new proprietary software

Maintain excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Utilize outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Strong phone presence needed

Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations

Must be polite, confident, and provide excellent customer service

HELPFUL TO HAVE:

2+ years of experience in A/R, collections or accounting

Water, Fire, and Mold Restoration or construction industry experience is helpful but not required
