JOB OVERVIEW:
Ace Handyman Services Franchising Corp is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Consultant (FC) to join our team. The FC will be responsible for managing a Tenured and Multi-Unit Franchise Owners across the U.S., with a specific focus on providing strategic guidance and support to franchises that have been in business for 8+ years and franchises that are in expansive growth mode. The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional with exceptional communication and financial skills and a proven track record of fostering the growth and success of well-established businesses.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting directly to the Regional Director, the FC will undertake the following key responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Franchise Owners to develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.
Provide personalized guidance and support to tenured and multi-unit franchises, aiding them in their efforts to elevate their businesses to the next level or prepare for potential sales.
Conduct in-depth assessments and regular on-site visits to evaluate the operational efficiency and overall performance.
Work in close coordination with various departments to ensure the seamless execution of tailored operational plans, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
Act as a primary liaison between the corporate office and franchises, facilitating effective communication and ensuring the alignment of business objectives.
Analyze and interpret financial data, including P&L statements, to identify opportunities for improved operational efficiency and increased profitability.
Identify and address performance and compliance issues proactively, working in collaboration with the Regional Director to implement effective solutions and strategies.
Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support the sustained growth and competitiveness.
Spearhead the development and implementation of new operational processes and systems tailored to the unique requirements, ensuring their seamless integration and adoption.
Foster a culture of compliance, ensuring strict adherence to operational standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
Provide guidance and support to tenured and multi-unit Franchise Owners in managing business complexities, growing the business, , addressing grievances, and resolving operational challenges in a timely and effective manner.
Participate in the development and execution of re-sale and renewal strategies for tenured franchises, leveraging industry best practices and market insights.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Proven experience in providing strategic guidance and operational support to tenured franchises within the franchise industry.
Proven experience in providing strategic guidance and support for franchises looking to exit and sell the business.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with Franchise Owners and key stakeholders.
Demonstrated expertise in financial management, including a comprehensive understanding of P&L statements and financial data analysis.
Proficiency in utilizing software tools and applications relevant to franchise management and operational optimization.
Previous experience in a startup environment is advantageous, showcasing adaptability and a proactive approach to addressing complex business challenges.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, catering to the on-site support and engagement requirements of tenured franchises.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, with equivalent practical experience considered.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
