    Job Description

    As a dynamic Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis , you will make a real impact on everyday lives, helping people thrive with innovative digital personal finance solutions. Reporting to our Director of FP&A in the PST or MST zones, you will shape financial strategies and drive analytics for informed business decisions, closely collaborating with business leaders in support of our Technology Organization. You will provide key insights and actionable recommendations to senior executives, ensuring data-driven financial and operational decisions.     What You’ll Do

    • Be point person for driving monthly financial reporting for our Corporate Technology Shared Services departments.
    • Lead annual budgeting process through collaboration with business leaders.
    • Enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness with analytic support and actionable insights for business leaders.
    • Analyze Procurement purchase requests and ensure adherence to policies and governance processes.
    • Partner with business to help drive Corporate spending business allocation process.
    • Be a subject matter expert on costs within the business and track key business metrics and KPIs to measure the health of the business, while proactively highlighting areas of risks and opportunity.
    • Collaborate cross functionally with business and finance leaders to develop long-range planning models aligned with strategic vision and priorities.
    • Supervise one Financial Analyst

    • Outstanding leadership, communication, teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Adaptable and quick to respond to changing business needs
    • Critical thinker, questioning financial models and offering thoughtful alternatives.

    We are proudly offering hybrid options in the San Mateo, CA and Phoenix, AZ metro market. In other locations throughout the country, we offer work from home.

    Salary Range: $118,000 to $132,000 annually + bonus + benefits.
