Our Business Development Manager will spearhead our sales and marketing efforts and identify new business opportunities to further grow our company and single-family residential property portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with potential clients and utilizing your strategic planning, business development, and negotiation skills to drive business growth. Our ideal candidate has proven sales and business development experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and prospects. Responsibilities: • Lead Generation: Actively seek out potential property owners and generate leads through realtor relations, cold calling, email drip campaigns, online platforms, networking events, referrals, and partnerships. Execute lead follow-up in a timely manner. • Client Acquisition: Develop relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to promote Ackley Florida Property Management's services and secure new homeowners for the portfolio. Present compelling value propositions and effectively communicate how we focus on meeting their property management needs. Create/implement programs and systems to create a steady flow of positive reviews. Work towards specific metrics for portfolio growth. • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the local real estate market, competitor activities, and industry trends. Analyze market data to identify areas of growth and tailor your business development strategies accordingly. • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, property managers, and leadership, to align efforts and enhance the company's overall growth strategy. Provide feedback and insights to improve marketing materials, pricing strategies, and customer service processes. • Office Tasks: Track business development activities, maintain accurate records, maintain CRM, and provide regular reports to management. Evaluate your strategies' effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to optimize results. • Creating and executing marketing strategies. • Attending industry conferences and participating in professional development opportunities to expand your knowledge and network. Qualifications: • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or senior property manager • Proven sales track record • Experience in customer support, communication, and negotiation skills • Proficiency in using a CRM • Time management and planning skills • Licensed Real Estate Salesperson • Located in the Greater Orlando area Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly DOE
