As a key player in the growth of our company, you'll build relationships, negotiate deals, analyze numbers, and sign contracts with motivated homeowners. Our team provides the support you need to succeed with the requirement to be in the area for property inspections when necessary. We're looking for a persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will use our designated CRM to manage and grow the sales pipeline, while providing top-notch service to clients. Compensation: $36,000 base salary per year with potential commission earnings to exceed $100,000 the first year Responsibilities: • Lead the process, including identifying and evaluating potential properties, negotiating deals, and getting contracts signed. • Manage and prioritize leads, ensuring that opportunities are pursued in a timely and effective manner. • Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential opportunities, including market research, property inspections, and risk assessments. • Schedule and attend appointments with potential sellers, brokers, and other stakeholders. • Network with industry professionals and organizations to build relationships and stay up-to-date on market trends and opportunities. • Gather testimonials from past clients and partners to build credibility • Responsible for self-generating leads through outreach, networking, and prospecting methods. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in real estate, car sales, pharmaceutical sales or other related fields. • Strong financial analysis and due diligence skills. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
