We are hiring an Acquisitions Manager at Lunchbox Home Buyers! You'll be calling sellers, making appointments, and closing deals with us! Come join up with a crew that has been doing off market real estate acquisitions since 2023 and is actively buying, flipping, and wholesaling real estate in Central WA. Sales Experience is a MUST. Real Estate Experience HEAVILY PREFERRED. This is a FULL-TIME position, so no side hustlers please Perks include tons of hands on real estate experience as well as the opportunity to buy discounted properties for yourself. Pay is 100% commission with a quarterly % bonus. Must be local to Yakima and willing to make field visits to properties. Responsibilities: • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed Qualifications: • Experience using a CRM is preferred • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette are required • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred • Must complete DISC assessment Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000
